Working with moca

How we work is just as important as what we do. We have systems and processes in place to make sure that we can live big, full lives while we offer great client support. With this driving our development, we’ve built a company culture that avoids urgency and prioritizes collaboration. If you have any questions about why we work the way that we do, we’re happy to share more information. 

Answering Emails

MOCA typically answers emails within 1-2 business days. Please note that MOCA’s business days are Monday-Thursday. 

Scheduling Meetings

Team calls are scheduled at least two days in advance through our calendar.  Calls are done through Zoom or dial in by phone.

Preparing For Meetings

Please be prepared for calls, be on time, and be considerate of the task that needs to be completed within the call time, and we will as well! 

Kind Communication

We see the work that we do as a partnership. Will will always show up with kind and open communication, and we expect the same from you.

Thoughtful Feedback

In order to produce great work together, we need your participation and your feedback. The more you share, the better we can support you. 

Time Away

Fridays are an internal team day, so you won’t hear from us. You can see the Holidays that we observe here.

MEET YOUR CONNECTOR

When you become a client, you’ll be paired with a Connector. Your Connector is your main point of communication and your project manager, but our team is highly collaborative. Other team members will step in during various phases of the project to work with you and your Connector.

If you’re interested in working together, schedule a conversation with our founder, Jess. During the conversation we’ll talk about potential projects and then Jess will follow up with a proposal for how we can support.

If you decide to work with MOCA, we’ll start with a $300 onboarding process. This includes getting you set up in our systems and doing a deep-dive strategy session to get clear on what matters to your and your business. Through this guided process, we’ll explore your strengths, clarify what sets your services apart, and highlight the elements that will truly resonate with your audience.
