Working with moca
How we work is just as important as what we do. We have systems and processes in place to make sure that we can live big, full lives while we offer great client support. With this driving our development, we’ve built a company culture that avoids urgency and prioritizes collaboration.

MOCA In Email
MOCA typically answers emails within 1-2 business days. Please note that MOCA’s business days are Monday-Thursday. Fridays are an internal team day. You can see the Holidays that we observe here.
The entire MOCA team works from the same email address to optimize collaboration. When you email us, your email will be filtered to your Connector as your main point of communication. It’s their role to connect you with the rest of the team. When your Connector is out of town, you may get an email response from another team member offering support in their absence.
MOCA In Calls
You can schedule free calls with your Connector when you need them. Connector calls are scheduled at least two days in advance through the Connector’s calendar. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please email your Connector to let them know. Calls are done through Zoom video but you can dial into Zoom by phone if you prefer.
Connector calls are 30 minutes long and often have a specific purpose, such as content gathering or approval. Please be prepared for calls, be on time, and be considerate of the task that needs to be completed within the 30 minutes.
MOCA In Projects
Your Connector is your main point of communication and your project manager. As you move through projects with your Connector, Strategists will step in to offer strategic support in collaboration with your Connector.
We see the work that we do as a partnership. Will will always show up with kind and open communication, and we expect the same from you. We have processes to guide you through, but in order to produce great work together, we need your participation and your feedback. The more you share, the more we learn, and the better we can support you.

MOCA client onboarding is $300 and includes an onboarding meeting with your Connector and an hour-long strategy session with Jess assessing your business needs.
